The office is always locked and you have to ask can they open the door, so you feel like you’re imposing when you go there. I went there five times and Kylie was only there one time. When I tried to get the information from someone else, I was not allowed to go into her office, I was told to sit in the waiting area. It felt like I was sitting outside outside in the corner.
