Welcoming from the moment I rang to request an immediate appointment. Greeted warmly and offered refreshment. Not rushed at all, before settling into a massage chair whilst having the most divine wash and gentle scalp massage I have ever had. Walked in feeling drained and walked out feeling amazing, with soft, shiny, beautifully styled hair. Will be back most frequently!
