Absolutely terrible. Tax returns forms are filled out so carelessly by the agent, and I have to chase for details to be corrected. Responses from the agent take forever and when asked to explain something, the agent says they can’t because they’re too busy. They act as if I’m getting something done for free. If I am PAYING for a service, it is their damn job to explain my tax return to me. I am never using this company again, they can keep their damn attitude, incompetence and lack of professionalism to themselves.Â
