I got my septum pierced at the Prahran branch, the guy seemed ok until he did the piercing. He went red and seemed panicky, bent the ring so it didn't sit crooked, but assured me it would be fine. The thread on the ring was crap, and I lost one of the balls numerous times. When it was healed enough to change the jewelry I went to another shop, they said the ring was way too thick, they were surprised it was healing OK, and it shouldn't have needed to be bent if it was done well.
