Grace is great. She’s calm, open, listens, explains things well and she’s highly professional. Reception were also warm, confident and reassuring in their support with options.

Best practice I have ever been for eye care. The whole team is incredible and extremely generous with time, patience, enthusiastic explanations for both the kids and myself (even though I am sure it gets old for them). As a dietitian (and parent) of children with autism, I tell them all this is the place to go for best care.
