My husband and I recently needed to find a rental due to an interstate move from Sydney to Gold Coast which we knew would not be an easy process. We had our concerns as to whether we would be accepted as we had no rental history, having been home owners for 25 year, and also having pets. The moving process can be stressful and inspections can be very overwhelming. Jenni was such a warm presence and made everyone feel welcome and did not rush anyone through or make us feel like a bother. She took the time to speak with us and answer any questions. I loved that Robina Realty doesn't overbook inspections (they limit to 10 people per inspection) so inspections don't feel so overwhelming and you actually get a chance to look through the property vs being overcrowded. Words cannot express the gratitude for this team. Throughout a complex sale and management process Rita and Yolanda provided kindness support, honesty and constant communication/strategy advice. I would have been lost being based interstate. After dealing with several gold coast agencies, who barely dealt with the minimal after sign up, i will only use Robina Realty for their old fashioned customer service 2nd to none. We sold our investment property and Paul Hume handled the sale. We sold the property for the amount that we were told we would most likely get, so no smoke and mirrors there. Being interstate owners, the property needed a freshen up and Paul organized all the quotes and followed up the tradesmen to make sure the work was completed to a satisfactory level. I could not ask for more from Paul and the team at Robina Realty!
