Karenza and her assistant Laura made me feel comfortable and were gentle and answered any questions that I had. The ladies on reception were very welcoming too.

I went here for a second opinion and it was so much nicer than where I originally went. The staff were amazing and friendly. I felt like they looked at my issue with great detail and I am waiting to see how the results go. Definitely will only go there in the future.
