Dr Karenza (and her assistant) was extremely caring and listened to my concerns from the outset. She made me feel calm and informed, and her friendly manner soon settled my nerves. Best experience I’ve had at a Dentist
Happy with the service and efficiency, friendly staff and expertise and explanation from the dentist. He explained my options and discussed the pros and cons of each treatment. I was given clear instructions on what to expect during and after treatment
Always feel comfortable with Nicole looking after my teeth. Today I had a crown fitted. She guided me through every aspect of the procedure and continually informed me of what to expect. She was very mindful of my reactions. It was a pain free procedure. My only disappointment was that the final amount was a lot more than the quote I had initially received from the dental hygienist.
Best experience I have ever had with my children. So patient, engaging and encouraging to my autistic son. I was blown away with how positive it was. THANK YOU
