My 3yo boy was very timid and unsure at the start of the appointment - Trixie was patient and took the time to creatively and playfully engage him, establishing good rapport and helping him to feel safe enough to participate in the appointment. Trixie let him sit on my lap throughout and was happy to accomodate him this way to ensure he felt safe and comfortable. By the end of the appt my son was cheerful and smiling
