Welcoming reception staff and Trixie, as usual made the experience as good as it can be. She is always so friendly and explains what is happening every step of the way. I must be yr no.1 patient to be such a chicken and scared of dentists at my old age. However my visit today with Dr Nicole Floyd was pain free and she was so lovely explaining every move she was about to make. Sure the gas helped my fear level, but Dr Floyd was very understanding. Thanks also to the lovely assistant, the arm massage was a bonus. Regards Carol Fitzpatrick
