Exceptionally well. I had my property with another agent for 6 months and I had to constantly chase him and ultimately it didn't sell. I went with Chad and he couldn't have been more genuine, professional and thorough. He kept me informed in just the right amounts and my property was sold within a week. What else is there to say?
