great office people made the whole process easy enough.realy good tradesmen and engineers organised and installed without any problems.
There were some unexpected charges, which we were not made aware of when we signed up. I queried a total break in power generation from the 15th September to the 8th October and got no reply to my email.
The installation was amazing, very professional crew. So far so good. Still waiting on the actual change over which is due to happen soon, but no complaints to date.
Very efficient installation and great follow-up. Best rebate rates in town.
I was not contacted when my account was transferred and I didnt even know it was being processed . There was no notification and n only 6 weeks later did I receive a welcome letter. I had to email you to find out what was happening and then was told I had been transferred on 1st Nov .
