Rob and Nicole handled our somewhat complicated sell-and-buy conveyancing processes professionally and pleasantly, including during several out-of-business hours mini-crises. From contracts to settlements, they anticipated our needs, provided useful reminders when required and kept us informed. All of the staff with whom we interacted were courteous, friendly and helpful, including Meredith who always followed up phone calls and provided reassurance on progress.We couldn't have asked for more.
