Kim was very helpful and easy to work with. When we dropped into the office unannounced it never seemed to be a bother. We were told enough about the process without being overwhelmed with details. Slight panic right at the end when the title search showed up a second mortgage which we weren't aware of. The banks problem but if we had known about it sooner it wouldn't have been such a sleepless panic at the end.
