As a tenant, probably one of the most difficult agents to work with. Phil, the property manager, never responds to emails and there were massive delays in getting stuff sorted once I moved in (and ends up blaming his boss for the delays). At one point, I even lodged a formal complaint with fair trading, and Phil blatantly lied to them, advising them that the issue had been resolved when it clearly had not. Their advertising delivery people totally ignore "No Junk Mail" signs on letterboxes. Common issue with many real estate agents sadly.
It is already 3 weeks after I left property and returned key but I still didn't get my bond back ! I left place 3 times cleaner than when I moved in at the beginning. I also try contact my property manager 1 week ago to ask about my bond but he never ring me back since 1 week. I am quite disappointed with the service at the moment plus I was leasing property for long period of more that 3 years. Never problems and always kept it very clean. I have a no junk mail sticker on my letterbox and every week whoever delivers your advertising material ignores it. I'm not in the market to sell my house at this stage however if I were I will not be using your services. If I receive anymore flyers from you I'll be sending you an invoice for rubbish removal.
Are three monthly inspections of rental properties carried out as lease holder under your property management maintained premises in a very poor state prior to my sub renting. ??
