Fairly disappointed. My foot massage, even though I didn't hear the instruction properly (that's on me), only went for about 5 minutes. I asked for a firm massage which I didn't really get and surprised that I left with oil still on my arm. Overall I felt for the $165 I paid not value for money.

Got a tan few days before my grad, did everything I was meant to before and after the tan, it went patchy, the stylist also missed a lot of areas. I had to rush to the grocery store to buy tan remover to fix the issue.

The Therapist did not introduce herself to me as there was lady waiting. So I don't know her name. She just said I'll take you down to the room to get ready and come back to help the lady who was picking something up. All she asked as we walked to the room was if I had any allergies. Not even a simple greeting.
