The beautician was absolutely amazing and her technique was 5 star. She was gentle and it was so very obvious that she put her 100% care into each and every step. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is only due to the extraction process. Extraction time was important to book for the client because of the blackheads. There was one white head extraction. Which was done very well but I guess the expectation was that the pores on the nose would be cleaned fro... read more

I'm sorry her extractions were underwhelmed, they certainly should have performed more extractions with the allowed time, unless there was a miscommunication between therapist and client.
