Excellent friendly customer service. Communicated straight away via email, text and phone call. When you arrive to collect the car, you get treated like a person, friendly and inviting. Not like a number or part of a spreadsheet. Very professional, compassionate, helpful and understanding. Value for money. Car was maintained well, clean and tidy. A pleasure to drive.
