I DO NOT recommend Rehab Hire. Equipment I needed after back surgery was purchased on my behalf by my Rehab Hospital. I've been appalled by Rehab Hire's substandard invoicing and accounting since. I received their account and paid it via online banking on 29 May 2020, the day I was discharged from rehab to home, 7 days after their invoice date and well within the 14 day bill payment period. I would like to share my recent experience with your company. My mother was recently discharged from hospital where she had a back operation. She needed a piece of equipment (an over the toilet aid) and this was organised at the hospital for her. The aid was delivered and all was well until I went to pay the second invoice for her.
