Jade had complete answers to almost my questions - and when she didnt she promptly found out the answers and let me know.
We couldn’t be happier with our selling experience with Natalie Hoye. She was professional, efficient & easy to deal with throughout the whole process. I expected selling a property to be a stressful experience, but with Natalie it was smooth sailing from start to finish. I highly recommend her as an agent!
We chose Natalie Hoye at Bellcourt as our agent as her down to earth personality yet frank/honest approach was a great fit for us. Natalie and her team are professional, provided updates every step of the way, and the process was seamless from start to finish. If I had another property to sell, I would choose Natalie without a second thought!
Natalie and her team at Bellcourt were absolutely fantastic. We’d been impressed with the prompt sale of another house in our street, and had asked the owners if they were happy with Natalie - they were enthusiastic in their response. My husband and I warmed to her immediately - she’s an incredibly easy person to talk to, very down to earth, and we felt she would be fabulous with buyers - she is! Nat got us three offers after one weekend of opening in a tough market, and we couldn’t be happier!!
In our opinion our experience as buyers with this agency was disappointing and stressful, and it really took all the joy out of buying a house. We felt unsupported throughout the settlement process. We understand that an agent is required to represent the seller; however, we felt this agent did not hold the seller accountable, and the representation was extremely biased. Check google review for more info. We won't be recommending this agency to anyone.
