Clarisse helped me a lot with some pretty extreme pain I was having. I had been to other phyios however they actually made it worse. She has a unique (but extremely gentle and effective!) way of manipulating the body and spine. Would recommend to anyone!

A fantastic result was achieved. The physio sessions were conducted with care, consideration and professionalism. Over the past 60 plus years I have been treated by many physiotherapists, Clarisse is the only one who achieved a positive result, without causing unnecessary pain and further injury. Saw Clarisse today for issues I was having on my shoulder and neck, the release after my physio session was truly noticeable. I cannot recommend Realign enough whether it is for Pilates, Physio or massage always walk out satisfied and feeling better.
