Tony was extremely helpful and made the whole process of buying and selling a property run smoothly
Terry was absolutely fabulous, he took me through the property on 3 occasions he always answered all my questions emails etc. He is a very hardworking professional person and I would recommend him to anyone that is wanting to buy in Perth.
Cherry is very professional, helpful and really friendly.
Very satisfied.
Terry assisted me in my purchase of an apartment. He was sincere and professional in his manner. He was not pushy or false as a salesperson which I appreciated. Terry was very prompt in his communication and did his best to provide excellent customer service post-sale. I would happily recruit his services as a selling agent. I think he is an asset to his agency.
Terry knew the market - the final price was fair for both parties.
From the outset of requesting a property inspection on Christmas Eve, Terry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of inspection, offer placement and acceptance and all issues that arose throughout the settlement period. His friendly and helpful attitude made the process stressless, even when issues arose during the settlement period. We were extremely happy with the service and friendliness of Terry and the Realestate 88 staff.
Jasmyn has a thorough knowledge of the city market and explained to us the important things to consider when buying an apartment which was very helpful given this was our first strata experience. Jasmyn was very patient and assisted us beyond just the property purchase, we found her to be very genuine.
Great help from Cherry for selling our West Perth unit within weeks when we decided to sell. Thanks for her patience and also professional advices.
