It was refreshing to finder a plumber who arrived at the time arranged, in fact ringing beforehand to check if it could be a bit earlier, got the drain cleared efficiently and who was equipped with a tablet computer to record job details and source information on the spot.
Can completely recommend Ryan for professionalism and performing under pressure. The loos delivered were incorrect! Only discovered when Ryan arrived to fit them. Within half an hour he had contacted the supplier, arranged replacements, organised delivery (and return) and adjusted his busy work schedule to make sure we were looked after. Completely trustworthy, prompt and pleasant - on my speed dial

I've used a lot of plumbers over the years but I have to say Ryan is the most polite and professional. He set a time and said he'd call before, which he did. The job (replacing a bathroom vanity and taps) was done without any problems, the mess was cleaned up completely and all was good. Ryan was completely reliable and a pleasure to deal with and I would totally recommend him without hesitation.
I was recommended to Ready Set Plumb by a friend after trying to find a plumber who would actually turn up on time and was interested in getting my business. I work full time and I found that they were very flexible to fit in around my availability and not only that the young man that turned up was exceptionally polite, clean and very professional. The problem was fixed very quickly, no mess and no fuss. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. Good tradesmen are hard to find so Ill always support the goodies.
I am so pleased that Ryan was recommended to me for my recent plumbing job. He is extremely professional, provides an excellent service at a very reasonable price and even cleans up after the job is finished (and I mean cleans up properly)! He is also very friendly and polite, and is definitely the best guy for the job.
