Worst experience, we had our rental through them they were extremely hard to deal with, they told us they would look after landlord insurance but found out later that they never did such, we had multiple things go wrong in property and no receipts for what was fixed so when we changed real estates we had no warranty on appliances etc they always only signed people for 6 months so they constantly got their first week rent commission. I would not recommend this agency to single women wanting to sell their property. The males in this agency are bullying and brutish.
If renting avoid Remax. Break lease was an absolute nightmare and they did everything possible to hold us at ransom and continue paying rent well past the agreed upon dates. Cushla was excellent and credit where it is due she really tried to help, everyone else we dealt with seemed like they were trained to push for $$ right up until the RTA are mentioned.
