RecommendedI dont have anything good to day about this agency, absolutely horrid. Sold us a house at above market price that is falling apart just 3 months later. We used their recommended inspector... Total scam.
RecommendedI had so many problems with our house we rented from day one and they were never fixed for literally the entire year of our lease. Then when we left Ray White blamed us for the damage and took our entire security deposit.
Having to drive up to Cannonvale from Brisbane tomorrow because we have been informed by email you are too busy to check on the properties you are paid to manage. Unacceptable!
The staff assumes you rented before and tell you nothing...customer service training is definitely needed for the front staff
