Ray white Northlakes is the worst real estate ever …. I would not recommend Ray White Northlakes to anyone. The company did not care about the house when it was flooded . Every time we verbally told them of an issue especially mold and or flood . They don’t care !!! Very bad customer service as well . Give bad rental reference . Thanks a lot . Didn’t even help us find an other rental …

It's unfortunate, lose rent, and tenant, pay marketing costs, for ray white to market themselves.
Ray White have mis- managed our property and haven’t been able to get rid of a non paying tenant in 8 months. They were unsuccessful in obtaining a warrant of possession while the tenant has continued to not pay tent, the house was being trashed. They also failed to get the tenant to sign a new tenancy agreement as I’d instructed them to. Now the Principal of Ray White has cancelled the management because as landlords, we are cranky that the entire house is destroyed. Bedroom doors lying on the floor, holes in walls, smas... read more
