Rocky made the entire sale process as a vendor very easy from the start. He regularly kept me up to date on the market leading up to the selling decision. I also felt he was very proactive with finding buyers for my off market sale and got me the price I wanted. He kept me always up to date in the entire process and can highly reccomend him.
Steve was very helpful in our selling process. Kept in touch as things occurred and he respected my shift work hours by not ringing when as we had discussed. When a potential buyer pulled out because of a financial clause it seemed to spur him on more to find a potential buyer. Steve was there as needed during the sale process which is being settled today. Steve did a great job which which we really appreciated.
