I have so much I’d like to say about Taz who looked after us incredibly well throughout the process of purchasing the house we (family of 5) fell in love with. I felt like the house was too good for what we could afford but with Taz’s genuine reassurance gave it a go. The negotiation process was overwhelming for myself but Taz handled this incredibly well with passion on our behalf and one evening Taz had given me the greatest news, the house is going to be our next home.
From the start, Rachel went above and beyond in helping us purchase our Fairfield home. She genuinely understood what this home meant for me and my children, and in such a competitive market I believe we would not have secured it without her support and advocacy. Rachel balanced professionalism for the sellers with care for our family, communicating honestly and promptly throughout. Great experience working with Jonah who was the sellers agent for the property I bought. Very responsive, flexible, supportive as I went through lot of clarifications, multiple inspections and negotiation.
