Very easy to deal with, responsive and helpful
Jess impressed us from the very start with her professionalism, her knowledge of the market, her guidance on sale process and the outcome she achieved for us. The whole process was smooth and stress free because of Jess and her team. While we hope not to have to do this again, if we did we would want someone just like Jess as our agent, and highly recommend Jess to anyone buying or selling their home.

We cannot fault Jess. From her first coming through our house for an appraisal all the way through to us selling she kept us informed and nothing was ever an issue. Along the way we had many questions which jess was able to answer and guide us with. We love that jess even built bonds with our children and dog. Firstly, thank you to Sharon for repairs to unit7/23-29 Newton Street. It was unfortunate we did not have any return on our property for over 7 months. I will thank Stephanie and Hayleigh who initially tried to arrange suitable tenants when we initially decided to rent after repairs to our property. It was unfortunate the 3 potential tenants pulled out at the last moment. Thank you also to Stephanie and Hayleigh for organising the final sale.
Emma was very quick to respond to all correspondence sent to her. Her knowledge of the property was comprehensive and helpful when making decisions about the property. It has been a pleasurable experience having Emma assist us.
