We found Barry Flint to be knowledgeable and helpful at all stages of our purchase. He managed to help us to understand a new town and the market in the area.
Very satisfied customers. Barry is a fantastic agent with a wealth of local knowledge. Always professional and approachable and genuine in his interactions through our purchasing experience. Thanks Barry.
Dale was outstanding in getting our sale through and done. Great communictor and managed it all from start to finish with no issues. Thanks Dale
Awesome, very switched on and great agent !, couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
Kind & genuine -the perfect fit to manage the sale of my first home which I was very much emotionally attached to. Whilst it was an arduous process due to a slow market, Barry’s dedication was unwavering. I’m grateful for his support leasing my home to ease mortgage pressures & navigate a complex sales strategy on my behalf. I made many a frantic call throughout the process & he remained authentic, calm & collected, just what I needed on my side! I’m beyond grateful for everything, thanks Barry!
Dale was very pleasant to work with and made the whole process flow smoothly
Super helpful and genuine always listening and ready to help.
We loved dealing with Dale, he was very knowledgeable of the market. Dale was always easy to contact and responded in a very timely manner. He listened to our opinions and took them on board. He was honest, reliable and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process of selling. Overall it was a great experience, with an outstanding result.
Barry is a honest and reputable agent. He provided sound selling advice and great communication throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with his appraisal price verses sale price, spot on! Thanks Barry
