The whole process was relatively straightforward. After the buyer was confirmed, there were no major problems for us and we were happy with the amount of the final settlement.
Great understanding of the market trends, explains things in a way that makes sense, and always happy to respond to text messages, even after hours to fit in with my work schedule.
Addison was great to work with. He was very attentive and had great communication. We are very happy with all the help we received.
Stephanie has been amazing, right from the first time we met at another property. Stephanie always remembered our names, we never felt judged or that we were in the "wrong market". We never felt pressured or hassled, stephanie always returned any calls she missed, if we ask questions an answer was always provided if not at the time within 24 hours. Stephanie has always had great local insight and knew the areas and properties we attended. I would not hesitate to recommend stephanie to anyone
Working with Justin and the Ray White team on selling our property was a great experience. Justin was always generous with his time, positive throughout and prompt when responding to our queries. We are very grateful for all he did to support us and will definitely use Ray White again.
Jess and her team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. (Well... settlement is still to happen, but their job is about done now. (-: ) Communication was clear, with a sense I was dealing with someone of integrity.
Barry was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout the selling process. He was great to work with and we would highly recommend him.
Addison was quick to respond and communicated with us quickly throughout the process of purchasing our new house. I was impressed with his patience and professionalism.
Thank you Stephanie Gilbert for all your professionalism and guidance with my sale. It’s been a pleasure to deal with you. Truly grateful you were my agent. I wish you all the best always.
