Ryan was phenomenal to deal with. We started looking at a new home for our family with a random open home here and there to get a feel for what we were looking for and an idea on the market. What we didn’t expect was Ryan to jump in both feet for the adventure. Anything and everything we were looking for, he was there with us. The house we all fell in love with was the perfect fit, and you could tell he had done his homework. Amazing customer experience from the very beginning.
Business response:
Wow, thank you so much for these incredibly kind words it truly means more than you know. It was an absolute pleasure working with your family on such an exciting journey, and I’m so grateful you trusted me to be part of it. Knowing you felt supported from the very beginning is exactly what I strive for. Wishing you so much happiness in your beautiful new home 😊
This bloke knows how to sell property! We had a 5 acre block that we needed selling and Ryan made that process seemless. He was there every step of the way. The communication channels were solid and his knowledge of the Darwin/Rural market eased all my concerns. There was zero problems, in fact I've had more problems at the Woolies self serve checkouts! I hands down recommend Ryan and his team to any prospective sellers. I will be using him next time I need a property to be sold.
Business response:
That gave me a good laugh, thanks mate. Really appreciate the feedback and I’m glad the communication and market knowledge helped put you at ease. It was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to helping again when the time comes.
Ryan Rowsell far exceeded expectations! Seriously amazing customer care and could tell from the get go he was a subject matter expert and left us feeling very confident that him and his team were the best in the business. I will be using Ryan and the Ray white team again to sell and manage my properties. Thanks Ryan!
Business response:

Ryan was so easy to deal with! Extremely trustworthy and great communicator! Wouldn't want to buy through anyone else

I had a fantastic experience working with Sanj Ghosh. She is very professional, reliable, efficient, and communicate exceptionally well. The entire sales process was smooth and stress-free, and her professionalism made the sale successful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and effective agent.
Business response:
Thanks so much, it was a pleasure working with you too. You are one of most organised vendors I have ever worked with. 😊
Flawless Buying. Keeps their promises even if it costs them.
Business response:
Thanks very much for the review. Standing by our commitments is always the priority, and I’m glad that showed through. All the very best in your new home.
This being our first home buy, he helped us get the house/ our offer being accepted within 12hrs. Which is incredible considering we had been in the market for over 2 months.
Business response:
Really appreciate the review. So happy we could get it locked in for you, especially for your first home. Big congrats to you and the family.
Highly Recommended!!! Very smooth process from beginning to end. Emily is a great communicator and kept us updated at all times. Very happy with outcome.
Andrew did a great job keeping me informed and up to date on the progress of the sale. He was always positive but also very clear on how to proceed with the sale.
