Kerri from Ray white Caloundra is inconsiderate, rude, condescending and unhelpful, even their own trades comment on how difficult she is to deal with. Insafe doors, excessive mold problem just to name a few of the issues she refused to take seriously…. Gave absolutely no supporting during the 2 year lease , avoiding repairs , yet picks the eyes out of a very weathered old house to retain the entire bond, a practice I’ve later learnt she’s renowned for, AVOID
Would literally buy a tent before I rented a property mangaged by Kerri from Ray White Caloundra, even their trades comment on what a piece of work she is, priding herself on fleecing hard working families of their bond whilst providing Little to no assistance, services or repairs whilst tenanted , with 1000 excuse excuses why things shouldn’t be fixed. AVOID

Vacating my rental with Ray White Caloundra has been an absolute nightmare. Our agent Shae, first told me the owners will be very ‘particular’ on vacating. They tried to take $1200 from me for a stain that was already on the vanity on entry report. I do not even think the agent referred to entry report or photos at all. Everything has been a fight. unethical & unprofessional lodged a claim on our bind for invoices that had already been paid, forcing us to take the matter to dispute resolution, delaying our bond refund several weeks Repeated failure to respond in reasonable time frames regarding pool maintenance failures, leaving us to pay months of pool chemical invoices for a completely unusable & green pool for 4 months through summer - with their long term pool maintenance people charging up to $200 at a time for chemicals, despite it not being usable Appalling pro... read more
