RecommendedIt’s the 2nd house we have purchased with Shayne as the agent. Shayne took the time to listen to what we were looking for our home and positioned great options for us to view. We received open and solid communication throughout the process which made the purchase less stressful and an easy decision for us.
Ray white managed my property for 2 years, inspection reports always done on time. Although I’m still chasing up work to be completed after their handy man put screws that penetrated through the front face of the door when installing a new lock. Poor communication, often no reply to messages and work still not rectified after 12 months.
