I am so glad that we went with Josh. He was all that we could have hoped for in a Real Estate Agent. He had a great knowledge of the Market, and his communication with us was impeccable. This aspect of our agreement was so important to me. Any time I asked anything of him, he was onto it straight away. His attitude was always positive - even in times when we were waiting upon an unconditional settlement. I cannot recommend him highly enough if you are selling your precious home.
Joshua is a very professional young man, his attitude towards work is top class, he was able to foster a great deal for us. He is however a very approachable and friendly person. The whole experience of selling our home was made easy and all paperwork was done with absolutely no stress we cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Joshua.
