Aaron became our agent due to the agent we chose went on leave (never a good time to take leave in real estate) Aaron was straight into the sale of the property and had an acceptable agreement within days and before an open house could be held. He arranged everything inc staging and cleaning and kept us informed at all times as we were in different states. Highly recommended Special recommendation also for Debbie H who didn’t have a real chance to sell due to unforeseen circumstances.

Aaron is the principle at Ray White Sunbury and has been super supportive across the whole sales and rental process of our properties. He’s has an amazing team, strong client base to get things sold or rented and is a strong negotiator. We have been very happy with the outcome where one property sold at the price we targeted in a hard market and we got AAA tenant for the other. We wouldn’t have had this outcome without Aaron’s leadership or his businesses ability to bring the buyers.
Aaron came in with a great can do attitude. He knew the area and recent sales results, accurately predicated a likely sale price and planned the auction to perfection. No one works harder than Rachele to get it SOLD. We are builder/owners and were selling in a hard market.
