From the start Josh showed professionalism with all the recent and current sales from the area. He was knowledgeable in talking about listing prices and was transparent about all the fees involved. Every step of the way there was communication-after every open house etc. and it made the whole process extremely stress free and smooth. I can not speak highly enough of Josh & he will definitely be recommended and/or contacted again if we need to travel the real estate path again in the future.
