From our first meeting to the Sale of our property, Fernando went above and beyond. Providing us with his knowledge of the market, organising styling and ensuring the entire process of selling was smooth and stress free. He knew everything about our suburb and surrounding suburbs and he was aware of all nearby housing competition too, ensuring he was always ahead of the game. Fernando kept us up to date throughout the entire process, giving us honest feedback and we sold in only 3 weeks.
Business response:
WOW, thank you so much Michelle! I am very humbled and appreciative, and it was a pleasure helping you and your family.
Responding/Communication had been good. However, Amit needs to work on behalf of his client more sincerely. He misrepresented us in terms of taking deposit without consulting first. Undervaluing our property. Clearly he didn't have the local knowledge of the area in-spite portraying himself as local knowledge holder. He contradicted his verbal commitments and didn't reimburse in final payment.
Business response:
Your property sold for $15,000 more than the one next door, despite having a higher strata of $1,200 per quarter (compared to $700). This was a strong result. When you look at the overall outcome, you actually came out ahead: 1. $15,000 above the neighbouring sale 2. A quicker settlement saving you extra holding costs 3. Faster sale, reducing vacancy losses Overall, the sale achieved a strong financial result for you in a short timeframe. Thank you Amit Mittal I Ray White Real Estate
