Over the couple of years leasing through raine and Horne there has been no issues at all. If ever I needed help with maintenance it was promptly addressed. Inspections were non invasive and smoothly achieved.

Kim has been our Property Manager for several years and we have always had prompt, efficient and professional service from her. Kim was always in immediate contact with us if there was any maintenance issues and these were rectified quickly and by competant tradesmen with us not having to get involved. We would highly recommend Kim to look after your property as if it was her own. We are sad that we no longer will have dealings with Kim as our unit was compulsory acquired to make way for roadworks.
