John Cullen sold this unit to me 15 years ago and the experience was well remembered. When selling, my thoughts went straight back to John. He gave sensational assistance & guidance. Kim is an outstanding property manager. We lived interstate while Kim managed our property so we needed a manager who was capable and able to look after the house given we couldn’t physically see it. Since Rachel has come onboard as my property manager she has made my life as a landlord so easy. I do not live locally to my property so rely on Rachel to keep me regularly updated as well as organise any repairs. She has helped me make some small changes to my property which have significantly increased the rental value of my property. I would highly recommend her.
