Incredibly unprofessional service from the entirety of the leasing team. I am a member of a household which in the last 4 months had an inspection done which was not only handled very poorly but it has been brought to our attention that one of the leasing consultants has a pattern of sharing private and confidential information with people outside of the company including names and addresses. Applied for multiple rental properties through Raine & Horne, was promised communication and updates. Only way we found out we weren’t approved was seeing the listings removed from website and their recently leased section. No SMS or emails sent to inform us of this. Completely unprofessional.

REA's Blatant Unprofessionalism Our experience with REA was atrocious. They operated with zero transparency, dragged out the process of exchanging the contracts with endless back-and-forth, and shamelessly delayed the exchange to chase higher bids despite accepting our offer. Their actions demonstrate a complete disregard for the time and efforts of buyers and solicitors.
