We had an urgent electrical issue on a Saturday. We made contact with Radiance and within a few hours they were at our place carefully looking for the cause of our circuit dropping out. It was not an easy job but it was handled with great patience and care. Excellent customer service, could not recommend Radiance more highly.

Probably the best electrical service in Sydney! Extremely professional and communicative. I work with a lot of contractors and small businesses in my line of work and went out on a limb to hire someone I didn't know. Hands down, best experience with a contractor ever! I will absolutely refer him to anyone needed electrical work in the future!

Steven was polite, courteous and tidy. He provided an upfront quote for the job and then got on with it as agreed. He also gave me some advice on a fan and external lights that I am interested in. I recommend Steven and would hire him again.

The boys from Radiance were amazing! They were quick to respond to my power issue. I felt comforted knowing my home was in safe hands as they took the time to explain the process of the repairs and made me feel reassured every step of the way.
