You did well. You explained the entire process in detail. You found the best lender, considering our situation. You also made us some good recommendations, moving forward. You returned our calls often but were hard to get instantly on the phone.

I am a newly widowed 50-year-old woman. While nursing my dyeing husband at home, I needed to refinance my home into my name.
