I had used P&A when buying my first property in Adelaide in 2014. It was a difficult settlement as it was over the Christmas / New year break and they went the extra yards. A partner had to come in on a public holiday to get a signature. So then when I was selling an investment property 6 years later and living interstate I simply called them up and they handled that conveyancing.
