Paul and Sharon were amazing to deal with from the get go. My partner and I had been looking for our first home for over a year and had found that a lot of the initial experiences with other agents were no where near as pleasant as Sharon and Paul. There were no games and no questions left unanswered. They were prompt and really made the journey of buying our first home enjoyable. Thank you so much! We are so happy with our purchase and experience of buying our first home.
Paul Wallace & his amazing sales team sold our family home which we owned for more than 35 years. Paul was a true gentlemen towards our mother and taken the time to explain the information in how to sell the home. Paul's quality of communications during the sale period was excellent. He took the time to listen to our questions & was honest with his answer's. In selling our home we had 2 open houses & on the second open house it was SOLD! We were more than happy with the offer we received.
Our sales team were brilliant, they displayed excellent knowledge of the current market. They were always available to us and their professional advice and behaviour certainly allowed us to achieve a very successful sale at auction.
Great advice and very supportive. Highly recommend Paul.
I found that they were very professional and very helpful in very step of the way. When they promised to ring back with information or update they were true to their word. Highly recommend them when buying or selling a house . Thanks again team .
Very supportive, always keeping us informed
I could ask for anymore from paul and Sharon, both kept me informed every couple days with updates on the sale and were it was up to. I felt comfortable with there guidance and felt no pressure from the first time i signed, this made the whole process of the sale a good experience. I wouldnt hesitate to pass these onto anyone i know who are considering selling there property in the future,i was very happy with the whole way things turned out from the word go.
Paul was great to deal with. As young buyers it’s hard to be taken seriously at times, especially in this market. But Paul was very easy to deal with, super genuine and helped make a stressful experience enjoyable for us.
Paul was awesome. He was very organised and pro active through out the whole process. And his experience really came to light during the negotiations and he got us a really good result. Could not be happier.
