The sale of our house went very smoothly, a buyer came forward and Simone, our Agent, conducted the transaction. The only area of disappointed arose in the area of a suitable smaller home for us and the requirements to sell first, not Subject to Sale. The standard of the homes we were directed to were far below our standards, creating a very stressful situation. The limited supply of replacement homes, no doubt exacerbated the problem.
