tenant of 5 years. heres some things granger clark need to improve on: respond in timely maner to maintenance request or atleast respond at all. not be hostile to rescheduling appointments. not use assistant to carry out 90% of property managers job. carry out accurate property condition reports. call when not able to attend property viewings booked in advance especialy when the entire property has been cleaned for them. not attempt to steal over $1000 in bond not owed to them.
We arrived for a viewing of a house in Alexander Heights. The agent was late, my husband was attempting to be friendly by making the comment, "We thought maybe the door was closed to keep in the aircon." Agent responded with, "The opening doesn't start until 1." - the time was 1.05pm. My husband then introduced himself and shook agent's hand, the response was, "That's nice."
