This is not a good real estate company to go with. I’m a young single female trying to buy my first home. I’m new to the market and the agent never explained the details of the system. I placed an offer on a property and was awaiting a reply to see if I needed to place a higher offer still. Absolutely terrible practice from this agency. Offered on a property on Saturday afternoon before the proposed auction date and were waiting to hear how we stood - finally late Monday got a text to say contracts were issued to two other buyers! Not even a call or text to say we were not in the running! We were prepared to offer more if needed! These agents have done both as well as the vendor a dis-service by having them miss out on achieving the best sale price. Be warned - never sell your property through this agent.

The communication at lj hooker casino is absolutely dreadful. I had my rental with them and had to constantly chase up everything. I was basically paying them to make my life difficult.
