Taya is an exceptional property manager. She took care of our newly built investment property in Toowoomba (house and granny flat) from handover and defects to new tenants, inspections, and more. Since we are not locals, Taya's proactive approach is such a relief for us. She is very good with communication and making sure the landlord's best interest is served.
