Lachie Sewell and the whole team were so professional, passionate and had massive energy to get the best price they could for us. Communication was excellent with weekly vendor reports, phone calls with updates and was always able to take and answer any of our calls and questions. Very poor communication from agents. Rang and left 4 voicemails to view a home as soon as possible for my mother. she went back to the farm. finally rang back. and Did not accommodate inspection. Said the home was under offer anyway. I went to the open house and asked the skinny agent how the interest has been. Said they would look at offers?? WTF? Sucks for the owners as we bought another home that afternoon.
